Delete your Lezio account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or in the browser. It takes a minute and cannot be undone.
Take your data with you first
Before you delete, you can ask for a copy of everything the account holds. Open Settings, then Security & login, and choose Your data. The archive stays available for fourteen days.
In the app or on the web
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Go to Security & login and choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, if you have one, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
What happens
- Your profile, sign-in details, push registrations and uploaded files are deleted immediately.
- Messages you sent are deleted for everyone.
- For teachers: the whole school goes with the account – students, lessons, payments, schedules and the booking page.
- An anonymised placeholder without personal data stays behind so other people’s records keep working; lesson and payment records a teacher keeps about a student stay with the teacher.
- Backups are overwritten within the regular backup cycle.
No access to your account?
Email us from the address your account uses and we run the same deletion for you, usually within two working days.
