What's new
Beta 1.4.2
26 October 2026
Fixed
- On a computer that doesn't tell Lezio its time zone, Lezio asks for yours once, so schedules and availability keep their times when the clocks change.
Beta 1.4.1
24 October 2026
Improved
- On a computer and in the browser, menus open and close faster and sit lighter on the page.
- On a computer and in the browser, page titles can be selected like the rest of the page, and a long title gets a smaller font instead of being squeezed.
Fixed
- On Linux, Lezio keeps your chats and other data on the computer, as on your other devices, so they show without waiting for the connection.
- On a computer and in the browser, selecting text keeps working after you switch to another section or close a dialog.
- On a computer and in the browser, a right-click on empty space no longer selects a nearby word, also in sheets and side panels.
- In a chat, a right-click on a message or on a chat in the list opens its menu at the pointer.
- Selecting a message highlights and copies only its text, without the time and ticks.
Beta 1.4.0
24 October 2026
Added
- A school can have several teachers: Invite staff under Settings → Schools invites a teacher or a manager to your school.
- Once someone has joined, owners and managers get a School section: payments, lessons and students per teacher for this month, last month or this year, one calendar with every teacher’s lessons in their own colour, the members and their roles, and the school’s name, logo, default price and time zone.
- Owners and managers can filter students, payments, schedules and earnings by teacher, and a new lesson, schedule or group starts with its teacher.
- Parents can turn on a reminder before their child’s lessons, with its own How early, under Parental access in the notification settings.
- Parents hear when the teacher approves their child’s request to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- If you teach or learn and also have parental access to a child, the school switcher opens the parent view and takes you back again.
- A student’s balance card shows the amount large, what it covers in lessons below it, and a bar that fills in steps of 10 lessons at the student’s price – teal for credit, amber for an amount due.
- A school without students greets you with “No students yet” and Add your first student.
Changed
- On a computer and in the browser, menus and pickers open as a small popup under what you clicked, or at the pointer after a right-click, instead of a sheet from the bottom.
- A lesson you enter after it has ended counts as confirmed and is charged straight away.
- Blocking someone in a chat hides only what is written while the block lasts: the history from before stays, and the blocked person can no longer edit or delete their messages there.
- Amounts follow your language everywhere, also in emails and on the booking page, and the currency sign always stays on the line of its amount.
- Signing out or deleting your account forgets it on this device: its saved choices and this device’s answer about notifications are removed.
- Time zones show their city in your language, and the search finds a city by that name too.
Improved
- Lezio responds faster, most of all the dashboard, the balances on Students and the notification count.
- Files in a chat upload one after another, try again on their own after a network failure and continue where they stopped, and large files upload in parts.
- Notifications reach the phone at once – payments, bookings and notices for parents no longer wait until the phone wakes up.
- On Android, notifications appear even while the system keeps Lezio asleep, a collapsed notification leads with its title, and a chat notification shows the sender’s initials when they have no picture.
- On Android, the update screen installs a new version in place through Google Play.
- On a computer and in the browser, text you can select shows the text cursor, a selection stays in the column it started in, and the mouse wheel beside a two-column page scrolls the column on that side.
- A reschedule request’s notification shows the lesson’s current time beside the proposed one.
- A group shows a member’s price only when they have their own, and the lesson form names the default price under Special price.
- Earnings charts page in whole bars, and the chart by student starts at the first student.
- Booking page addresses spell out umlauts and Cyrillic names, and a new booking page starts in your language.
- German, Russian and Ukrainian read more naturally in many places, and long labels and titles no longer get cut off on phones.
- On a phone, pickers open as a sheet with a title, confirmation texts no longer stretch their word gaps, and the floating button steps aside while the keyboard is open.
Fixed
- A chat notification is held back only while that very chat is open in front of you, not whenever Lezio is open.
- On Linux and Windows, a click on Lezio’s tray icon brings its window to the front.
- Every device asks about notifications after sign-in, also before the setup guide is finished.
- A student who owes nothing and has no credit carries no balance chip, and the Due tile on Payments follows the student filter.
- A new lesson opened late in the evening suggests tomorrow’s first free time instead of 23:59 today.
- Totals and suggested prices use your school’s currency when you have no default price of your own, instead of euros.
- A parent can open the photos and files in a chat the student shares with them.
- Without a teacher yet, Teachers and schools explains how to join, and an old link to your portal asks you to request a new one from your teacher.
Beta 1.3.0
4 October 2026
Added
- In the phone apps and on the Mac, photos and videos open full screen before you send them: swipe through them, remove one, crop, draw or write on a photo, and add a caption.
- In the phone apps and on the Mac, photos and videos shrink before they upload, and a chip beside the caption picks Original, High or Data saver and keeps that choice for your next messages.
- Notifications work like an email inbox: Inbox and Archived tabs, a Show read switch, and a selection to mark several read or archive them at once.
- When the system blocks Lezio’s notifications, Settings and the setup guide say so and open the right page of the system settings.
- A lesson page has Message to open the chat, and tapping the student or group opens their page.
- Security & login names each session after its device, such as “Lezio for Mac”, and lists this device and the four most recently active ones first.
Changed
- Dates write the month in full and follow your language’s order and punctuation, such as “Wed 30 September” in lists and “Wednesday 30 September” in headings.
- Earnings by week or month show the value of the lessons taught in that period, and Show received adds the payments received as a second bar.
- A past lesson reads Confirmed or Not confirmed instead of Completed, and Confirm past lessons confirms them in one step.
- Online or In person is one choice in every lesson, schedule and student form, the place and the link to the online lesson are kept apart, and a student without a place of their own follows your default.
- The setup guide keeps its steps pinned at the top, names each after the section it sets up and keeps Continue and Skip setup in view, also on a phone.
- The amount still to be paid is called Due everywhere: on Payments, on Earnings and on the dashboard.
- On a phone, your tab bar has five tabs like a teacher’s, with Payments and Settings behind “…”.
- Your calendar works like your teacher’s, with Day, Week and Month views, and remembers the last one you chose.
Improved
- Forms keep Save in view below fields that scroll, every side panel on a wide screen has a close button, and dialog buttons share one row on most phones.
- Notifications say who did what for which lesson, and when that lesson is.
- The chat list names what the last message sent, such as Photo or 3 photos, and shows the time today, Yesterday, the weekday or the date.
- Photos and videos in a chat keep their shape and show a blurred preview while they load, and a video shows its length.
- Day and week views open at the start of the working day, and overlapping lessons in a narrow week column merge into one block that lists them when tapped.
- Payments keep each month’s header in view while you scroll, and each payment says how many lessons it covered.
- Week rows in Earnings name their days, such as “Week 25 (15–21 June)”, and the chart shows when there is more to scroll.
- Needs attention shows what a student owes under their name and no longer cuts off long names or warnings.
- Ask to reschedule opens on the first day with free time, and on a fully booked day you can let your teacher pick a time.
- Your Payments page opens with your balance.
- Tags show as colour dots, stay readable in the dark theme, and a new tag in Settings is saved only when you tap Create.
- A group’s page works like a student’s, with the chat and the menu at the top and the price per member.
- The timezone picker lists cities with their region in your language and finds them by abbreviation or offset, such as “CET” or “UTC+2”.
- Lists separate rows with thin lines, and on Payments and Students the search and filters slide away while you scroll down.
- Legal pages share one layout with a comfortable line length, and the consent line at sign-up links the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Fixed
- On a computer, a chat marks messages read only while its window is in focus.
- The Mac download no longer asks for access to your Documents folder when you open a chat.
- A message sent while its files are still uploading is no longer lost when you leave the chat.
- On a computer, buttons and links show the hand pointer again.
- On Linux, edges are drawn sharp again, the desktop shortcut shows Lezio’s icon, and the app no longer asks to unlock the keyring.
- An online lesson no longer shows “Online” twice.
Beta 1.2.1
30 September 2026
Added
- A lesson opens as its own page, with Edit at the top right.
- Settings has a default lesson format: online, or in person at a place you choose.
- On Linux, one command from a terminal installs Lezio with a menu entry, and the Windows installer updates an existing installation and can add a desktop shortcut.
Changed
- Every lesson is online unless you set it to in person. Lesson cards show Online or the place.
- Lesson cards give the name and the time the full width and show a status only when it needs your attention.
Improved
- A request to move or cancel a lesson appears as one card at the top of the lesson: who asks, the old and the new time, the note, and Decline and Approve side by side.
- Declining a request for a lesson that has already passed asks whether it took place, so you can mark it completed in the same step.
- Needs attention shows the proposed new time in bold.
- While the connection comes up, the app keeps loading instead of showing an error. An error appears only if loading keeps failing.
- The sending notice appears only when a change takes longer than a few seconds, and never for chat messages, which have their own sending indicator.
- The downloads page offers one download per platform.
Fixed
- A deleted lesson disappears from Needs attention at once.
- The Reconnecting notice no longer pushes the page down.
- Approve and Decline no longer go missing when a request could not be loaded.
- Needs attention no longer keeps loading when a list fails.
- An update on Windows that stopped with an error now installs, and a failed update offers the download page.
Beta 1.2.0
29 September 2026
Added
- Lezio for Windows and Linux, and it keeps itself up to date. On Windows, one small installer always sets up the newest version.
- Photos and videos fill the chat message, several at once form a grid, and a swipe closes the full-screen view.
- The attach button offers Gallery, File, Photo and Video. On iPhone, your recent photos and videos appear right there, and you can pick several at once.
- Changing your email keeps your current address until you confirm the new one. Settings shows the address waiting for confirmation and can send the link again.
Improved
- Chat messages reach your phone whenever the Lezio window on your computer is in the background.
- Longer videos upload without timing out.
- A teacher’s available times are shown in the teacher’s time zone and converted to your own day.
- The default rate prices only students in the same currency. For a student in another currency, the student form asks for their own rate.
- Error messages appear in your language.
- The dashboard moves on to the new week at midnight, even in a window left open.
- Every password follows the same rule: at least 8 characters.
- Signing out on a phone or computer fully ends that session and clears Lezio’s notifications from the device, so the next person on a shared device starts fresh.
Fixed
- Lessons in time zones with half-hour offsets and around daylight saving switches land at the right time.
- Amounts like 1.200,00 are read correctly when you edit them.
- A payment is always recorded in the student’s currency.
- Clearing a field and saving now clears it.
- A quick double tap or Enter no longer saves a payment, student or lesson twice.
- Opening a chat no longer marks your own messages as read.
- A request to move or cancel a lesson is no longer possible once the lesson has taken place or starts within 30 minutes.
- Parents who already have a Lezio account can accept an invitation.
- Only the teacher’s own calendar can move a lesson; a change in a student’s synced calendar stays there.
- One mistyped password after a lockout no longer locks the account again.
- Files with Cyrillic names download correctly.
- Booking notifications are translated and open the dashboard.
- A link opened while signed out opens once you have signed in.
Beta 1.1.0
23 September 2026
Added
- Parents get their own space: Lessons, Chat and Notifications, a switcher for families with several children, and Settings for language, sign-in and alerts.
- Parents hear about payments, cancelled or moved lessons and a low balance.
- Reading a student's chat takes both sides: the parent asks, the student allows it under Settings → Parental access, and either can switch it off.
- Students have a Payments tab with their payments grouped by month.
- On the web, Ctrl-click or middle-click on a lesson opens it in a new tab.
Improved
- A lesson opens as a summary: the day and status, the time large, who it is with and where.
- A request to move or cancel a lesson shows the old and the new time on two lines, with a coloured edge for each kind.
- Create many asks first whether you want one-time lessons or a repeating schedule; dates two weeks apart set up a biweekly schedule.
- The student list shows each student's next lesson, and schedules show a time range instead of a duration.
- Payment rows fit on two lines, and notifications show the day as well as the time.
- Forms ask before discarding unsaved changes, and actions you can take back offer Undo.
- Text is easier to read in light and dark mode.
- Connected accounts and calendar sync share one look, and the chat loads with placeholders shaped like messages.
Fixed
- A lesson moved into the past appears among the past lessons to complete straight away.
- Skipping the setup is remembered after signing in again.
- A parent's sign-up names the child and fills in the invited email.
Beta 1.0.1
20 September 2026
Added
- Notification emails carry a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Archiving a student can also stop their schedules and cancel their upcoming lessons.
- In chat on a phone, tap a message for its menu – Reply, Copy, Pin and the rest. A long press selects several messages to copy or delete together.
- A banner tells you when you are offline, lists refresh when you pull them down, and rows on a phone swipe to their actions.
Improved
- The phone dashboard starts with what needs attention; the section disappears when nothing does.
- Calendar on a phone: the month fills the screen and a tapped day opens its lessons, the week shows one day at a time under the week strip, and a swipe moves to the next week or month.
- A lesson reads as who and what – the student and the lesson name – with the time under it, in the calendar and on the dashboard.
- Schedules show a typical week day by day, with the number of lessons on each day.
- Payments are grouped into a card per month. A row shows the student and the lessons covered, the date and source under it, and the amount at the end; a long press or right-click offers Edit and Delete.
- On a student's page, the email, phone and rate open what you would expect – write, call, copy or edit – and the portal link copies with one tap.
- Tags and Weekly availability on a phone are plain lists; tapping a row opens it for editing. The booking page folds into three sections.
- Notifications on a phone show who and what at a glance; swipe a row, or press it for a moment to select several.
- Pages you open from a list – a chat, a student, a settings page – use the whole screen on a phone; the bottom bar returns when you go back.
- On Android, back on the dashboard asks for a second press before the app closes.
- The smallest text is a little larger.
Fixed
- Content at the end of a list no longer hides under the add button.
- The keyboard stays open while you scroll a form.
- Error messages follow the language you chose.
- Settings pages no longer repeat their title, and lesson counts no longer read "5.0".
Beta 1.0.0
9 September 2026
Lezio on Android and iOS
- Lezio is in the Google Play Store and the App Store. It is the same account you use in the browser – sign in and everything is there.
- Links in your emails open in the app: a booking request, a rescheduled lesson, a new message.
- Push notifications arrive on your phone, including a reminder before a lesson – you choose how early it comes.
- With a keyboard attached, Enter sends a chat message and Shift+Enter starts a new line.
- Attach a photo straight from the camera in chat, and open or share received files with your phone’s own apps.
- The app follows your phone’s font size setting and dark mode.
Changed
- Version numbers now start at 1.0.0 for the web app and the phone apps alike.
Beta 0.13.0
2 September 2026
Delete your account yourself
- Settings → Security & login → Delete account removes your account and everything in it, right away. Teachers take their school with them: students, lessons, payments, schedules and the booking page.
- You confirm with your password, if you have one, and by typing DELETE. A short email confirms the deletion.
- Lesson and payment records a teacher keeps about a student stay with the teacher.
Report and block in chat
- Long-press or right-click a message and choose Report message. We look at every report within 24 hours.
- A direct chat’s menu now has Block: their messages stop reaching you until you unblock them, and they are not told. Group chats have Report message only.
A reminder before a lesson
- An hour before a lesson starts, a push notification reminds teacher and student. It is on for everyone with push notifications; Settings → Notifications → Reminder before a lesson holds the switch.
Changed
- Push notifications open the screen they are about – the lesson, the payment, the chat – instead of the inbox, for students as well as teachers.
- Chat push notifications are in your language instead of English.
- A thin strip at the top says “Reconnecting…” while Lezio re-establishes its live connection, so a quiet screen is not mistaken for an empty one.
- Windows and tablets between 700 and 900 px wide get a slim icon rail instead of the full sidebar, and the chat list takes its width from the window.
- Text follows your device’s font size setting, within a range that keeps every screen usable.
- Muting, blocking and reporting confirm themselves with a green toast.
- The app version sits at the bottom of Settings → Contact & support.
- The Privacy Policy now describes what account deletion removes and keeps; the Terms spell out that abusive content is not tolerated and that reports are handled within 24 hours.
Fixed
- Opening a second invite link in the same session used to be ignored; each link now opens its invite.
- The bottom navigation bar overflowed by a few pixels on 320-pixel-wide screens; it fits now.
Beta 0.12.0
31 July 2026
A guided start
The first time you open Lezio, a setup guide walks you through it – short animated demos, real forms, nothing mandatory.
- Teachers set up the essentials first – a student, a schedule – and six more steps then show what else is there, each one skippable.
- Students get their own shorter run, from preferences to parent access.
- Everything you enter is real: the student you add in the guide is on your list afterwards.
- Leave whenever you like and pick it up later – the dashboard offers to finish, and Settings → Setup guide starts it over.
- Parents get a short first-visit note on what they can and cannot see, instead of a tour.
Chats you can delete
- Right-click or long-press a chat in the list, or open the menu inside the room, and delete it.
- Deleting removes the conversation for you. Teachers can also delete it for everyone in it.
- A deleted chat only returns to the list when someone writes again – and once nobody can reach a message any more, it is deleted from the server for good, attachments included.
A balance bar that says what it covers
The bar under a student used to mix a lifetime total with a projection. It is now the month’s lessons, and the balance fills it.
- Covered, partly covered with the remainder named – or amber when payment is behind.
- “Expected” is what the rest of the month still needs, names the month it means, and rolls on to the next one once this one is settled.
Changed
- Notification settings open on the full switch grid, with three quick answers above it – everything, just the important ones, nothing for now.
- Lezio asks for notification permission when you switch the first push toggle on, not the moment it starts.
- Calendar sync for students moved into its own settings section.
- German, Russian and Ukrainian use one word per thing – a lesson, a schedule, the balance – across the app, its emails and these notes. German now says du throughout.
- Small visual corrections: menu rows light up under the cursor, the chat list has more air, and the text cursor no longer appears over labels that cannot be selected.
Fixed
- The dashboard borrowed its month from the calendar screen: browsing the calendar to another month and coming back left the week’s figures at zero and “Today” empty.
- “Earned this week” counted the payments received, not the lessons taught, so a week of teaching could look empty while a prepayment counted twice. It now sums the week’s lessons at their own rates, and “Still expected this week” names what is still ahead.
Under the hood
- Lezio’s emails carry the logo as a BIMI mark, so inboxes that support it show the bee next to the sender.
Beta 0.11.0
26 July 2026
Files on support messages
Attach files when you write to support, so a screenshot or an invoice arrives with the message instead of in a separate email.
- Paste a screenshot straight into the form with Ctrl+V – no saving it first.
- Or pick files the usual way: images, PDFs, audio and video, up to five per message.
- Attachments are encrypted at rest, like everywhere else in Lezio, and are decrypted only when the message is sent.
A dashboard you arrange yourself
The dashboard settings now let you decide which figures you see and in what order.
- Drag your chosen stats to reorder them – the dashboard follows that order.
- When all four slots are taken, the remaining stat says so instead of quietly refusing to switch on.
- Attention rules read as the sentence they produce: "Unpaid balance – after 1 unpaid lesson", so a threshold explains itself.
- A rule's threshold only appears once the rule is on, so the panel stays short.
Changed
- Visual UI improvements across the whole app: spacing, text sizes, colours, icons and shapes are consistent from screen to screen.
- Lesson details always open as a side panel. Opening one from the dashboard or from notifications used to load a full page instead.
- Search and filters sit in the same place on every list, aligned with the page title.
- On Students, search has a line of its own, and "Show archived" moved in with the other filters.
- Schedules dropped its search field – the student filter now sits beside the title.
- Legal documents are rows with a short description of what each one covers, and the terms row carries its version and the date you accepted it.
- Tags are larger and easier to read and tap.
- Filter menus look the same everywhere, whether they take one value or several.
Fixed
- Lessons could be priced at 0. If you priced by default rate rather than per student, every lesson created by editing a schedule got a rate of 0, which then flowed into balances and earnings.
- Approving a moved or cancelled lesson did not reach Google or Outlook. The external event kept the old time, or stayed in the calendar after a cancellation, even though the student had already been told.
- The low-balance notice was skipped when lessons were completed in bulk or overnight – the two paths that most often push a balance into the red.
- A single-use invitation could be accepted twice if two people opened it at the same moment.
- Calendar day cells could not be clicked: pressing a date started selecting the text instead of opening the day.
- The parent view showed money and dates in US format regardless of your language.
- The on-screen keyboard covered part of a form on phones.
- On a phone, the student app never showed the unread badge on the Chat tab.
- Connection errors appeared in English for German, Russian and Ukrainian users.
- The parental access sheet explained the chat setting twice.
Under the hood
- Every outbound call to Google, Outlook, the mail and push providers now has a timeout, and none of them holds a database connection while it waits – a slow provider can no longer slow down the whole app.
- Two background jobs could take the server down when a provider misbehaved; they now recover on their own.
- Background jobs no longer run twice when more than one server instance is live.
- Long lists are capped on the server, and uploads are limited before the file is read rather than after.
Beta 0.10.0
23 July 2026
Public booking page
Publish your own page at lezio.app/t/your-name, where prospective students see your profile and your free times and book a lesson. They do not need a Lezio account to book – it is created for them along with an invitation.
- You pick the mode: profile only, requests you approve, or instant booking.
- One-time booking links: hand a single-use link to someone specific – it books instantly, works even when open booking is off, and unused links can be revoked anytime.
- Booking requests land in "Needs attention" on the dashboard: approving creates the student, the lesson and an account invitation in one go; declining sends the requester a short note.
- New notification types for booking requests and self-booked lessons, with email and push toggles in the notification settings.
- Share it in one step: show the QR code, copy the link, or send it through your device's share sheet.
- Preview before you publish: see the page exactly as a visitor does, in light or dark and in any of your languages.
- Everything lives under Settings → Booking page: link name with suggestions and a live availability check, profile details, lesson duration, city and rate visibility, and a search-engine opt-out.
Your page in several languages
Write your booking page in more than one language yourself: keep a separate headline, about text and subjects for English, German, Russian and Ukrainian.
- Visitors get their own language when you have written it, and your main one otherwise.
- Nothing is machine-translated – every word on the page is yours.
- Add a language, switch between them, or pick a different main language, all from the booking page settings.
Notes from your students
Students can add a short note when they book, and a reason when they ask to move or cancel a lesson – so you decide with the context in front of you.
- The note appears on the request, next to approve and decline.
- Notes left through instant bookings and one-time links stay on the lesson itself.
- The reason is included in the email or push notification you receive.
Changed
- Lezio has a logo: our new mascot now appears as the app icon on your device, in the browser tab, and across the app.
- Terms of Service (section 16) and Privacy Policy (section 5) now cover public teacher pages and self-booking.
- Default rate and default currency are now a single setting instead of two separate ones.
- Publishing your page is one action, "Save & publish", with a shorter confirmation that states plainly what becomes public.
- Dialogs, spacing and text sizes were tidied up across the app for a calmer, more consistent look.
- Emails read better: the button is centred and the body text is easier to follow.
Fixed
- Your default currency no longer falls back to EUR after a restart – it is stored with your account.
- Selecting text on a page no longer picks up the initials inside avatars.
Beta 0.9.7
22 July 2026
Added
- Middle-click autoscroll on the web: click the scroll wheel to pan any page, just like in the browser.
Changed
- Right-click now opens the browser's own menu, and selected text gets the usual copy and search actions. Chat messages keep their Reply and Pin menu.
- The weekly availability editor is now a compact grid: one aligned row per day with time pills and quick actions.
Improved
- Mouse-wheel scrolling now works across the whole page, including the empty side margins.
Fixed
- Opening a message menu in chat no longer flashes a back arrow in the header.
Beta 0.9.6
22 July 2026
Added
- The dashboard's "Needs attention" card is now yours to tune. Pick which rules flag a student: an unpaid balance (with a threshold in lessons that you choose), a balance that will tip over after this week's lessons, no upcoming lessons on the calendar, or an invitation that was sent but never accepted. Each rule switches on and off on its own, and you decide how many rows the card may show. The small tune icon on the card opens the settings; they also live in Settings.
- The headline figures above the dashboard can be chosen too: show up to four of earned this week, due, will be due, lessons this week ("1 of 3 done") and hours taught.
- A new "Unfinished lessons" row counts past lessons still waiting to be marked completed. Tapping it opens the familiar confirmation, so recording last week takes two taps from the dashboard.
- The "Mark past lessons as completed" summary is sortable: tap the column labels to order students by name or lesson count, and dates by day or lesson count.
- Past lessons can now complete themselves. Overnight, yesterday's still-scheduled lessons are marked completed, so your earnings stay current without the daily confirming. It's on by default under Settings → Dashboard, where you can also set how many days to wait first – handy if you record absences late. Lessons from before you had the option are left for the familiar dialog, and any lesson can still be edited afterwards.
Fixed
- The "Needs attention" card could get stuck loading forever when past group lessons were waiting to be completed.
Improved
- A long line in an attention row now wraps to a second line instead of being cut off mid-sentence.
Beta 0.9.5
21 July 2026
Added
- The dashboard shows how many active students you have, with a small row of their avatars.
Changed
- Security hardening.
Improved
- The dashboard's due figures now say what they mean – "Will be due this week" and "Due across 3 students" instead of labels split across lines.
- Scrollbars look the same everywhere in the app, and they no longer appear beside content that has nowhere to scroll.
- A long payment history scrolls more smoothly.
- The navigation sidebar and the app's lists now describe themselves properly to screen readers.
- On the web, text on the sign-in, email-confirmation and guardian pages can be selected and copied.
- Menus and dropdowns now match the rest of the app, with its rounded corners and borders, and progress indicators use their refreshed look.
- Every confirmation for deleting or revoking something now looks the same, with the destructive button clearly in red.
Fixed
- Connecting your own calendar could instantly bring a Google "event cancelled" email even though no lesson was cancelled – Lezio was only removing the now-duplicate copy of the lesson from the teacher's invitation. Housekeeping like this is silent now; a real cancellation still sends its email.
- A student who verified their email address only after lessons were already planned never made it onto the calendar invitations. Verifying – or joining through an invitation – now updates the calendar right away.
Beta 0.9.4
20 July 2026
Added
- Students can open a payment in their payment history to see its details – the amount, the day it was paid, when it was recorded, and how many lessons it covered.
Changed
- Internal maintenance and admin tooling that never reaches a teacher's screen.
Improved
- On a phone, the Payments summary now gives each figure a row of its own, so headings like "Received · July 2026" are no longer cut short mid-word.
- Settings → Calendar sync now fits a narrow screen. The word "Connected" gives way to the green tick that already says it, "Connect" becomes a link button, and provider names no longer wrap onto three lines.
Fixed
- Students opened Chat and found nothing there, with no way to reach their teacher. A conversation was only ever created once someone wrote the first message, and nothing on the student's side could start one. Their teacher now appears in the list from the beginning, so the first message is one tap away.
- When the chat list failed to load, the screen simply said there were no conversations. It now says something went wrong and offers to try again, so a passing connection problem no longer looks like an empty inbox.
- The empty Chat screen promised students their chats "with students" would appear there. It now names teachers and groups.
- On an empty Payments page the round + button sat on top of the "Record payment" button underneath it. The + button now waits until there are payments to scroll through.
- A payment row could run past the edge of a phone screen when the student's name or the source was long.
- The three role buttons on the sign-up screen had no space at their sides, so a longer label ran into the edge of the button instead of sitting in the middle.
- On the Schedules page, the placeholder line in the example card touched the "Active" badge beside it.

Added
- Changing a student's price now offers to update the lessons already in your schedule. Lessons are priced when they are created, so until now a new rate only reached lessons you created afterwards – everything already on the calendar kept the old price. A tick box lets you decide, and lessons you gave a special price are left alone.
- Changing a student's currency moves their upcoming lessons across and leaves the settled past where it is. Two tick boxes decide the rest: one recalculates the scheduled lessons at the new rate, the other restates everything including past lessons and payments. The conversion follows your prices: if 300 € paid for 12 lessons at 25 €, it becomes 12 lessons at your new rate, and the amount you actually received is kept as a note on the payment so your records still show the real cash.
- Payments gained a currency filter, shown only once more than one currency is actually on the page. It narrows the summary tiles along with the list.
Changed
- When your figures span more than one currency, the summary tiles on Home and Payments now list each currency instead of showing the largest one with a "+1" beside it. Your own currency always comes first, and nothing is hidden behind a badge any more.
- Earnings now shows one currency at a time. It used to stack a section per currency – and opened filtered to euros, so a teacher billing in another currency saw an empty page until they found the filter. When more than one currency is present, ‹ › arrows above the summary step through them; the page opens on your own currency and remembers the one you were reading.
- The lesson count and average price per lesson left the Earnings summary tiles for a small "?" beside the lesson-value heading – tap or hover it when you want them, and the summary row stays compact.
- An Earnings chart too wide for the screen now pages with ‹ › arrows instead of a thin scrollbar, and it draws the lesson-value bars only when you switch them on.
Fixed
- A student who had been billed in two currencies had those amounts added together as if they were the same money, which made the balance on their card meaningless. Each currency is now counted on its own.
- The lesson and schedule forms always showed the inherited price with a euro sign, whatever currency the student was actually billed in.
Beta 0.9.2
19 July 2026
Added
- Earnings now covers a period you choose – the last 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, a single calendar year, or all time. It used to total your whole history no matter what, so the figures could only ever grow. The page opens on the last 12 months.
- The balance bar marks money paid in advance in a lighter green, and keeps a small outstanding amount wide enough to notice instead of shrinking it to an invisible sliver.
Changed
- The Earnings summary is now three figures – Received, Lesson value and Awaiting. The gap between the money that came in and the lessons you actually taught is what a credit or a debt is, and you can now read it straight off the top of the page. Lesson count and average per lesson moved under the lesson value.
- Stability improvements and fixes throughout.
Fixed
- Awaiting added each week or month up on its own, so lessons taught in June and paid for in July were counted as unpaid. It now shows what your students genuinely still owe you – the same figure as the students list – and no longer changes when you switch between week, month and student.
- Week and month rows on Earnings labelled the gap between that period's cash and its lessons as money due. They now show the value of the lessons delivered in the period, which is what they were really measuring.
- Recording a payment left Needs attention on the home screen showing the old balance until you restarted the app.
- The Earnings chart printed a stray amount on top of its highest gridline label, and squeezed a long history into hairline bars. It now keeps bars readable and scrolls sideways instead.
Beta 0.9.1

Added
- "Hide cancelled" in the calendar's overflow menu, remembered between sessions. Pending cancellation requests stay visible – they are still waiting on your answer.
Fixed
- "Avg lesson value" on Earnings divided the money you had received by the number of lessons, so a student paying in advance made the average look wrong. It now uses the agreed value of the lessons themselves.
- The amounts along the side of the Earnings chart ignored which currency they were in.
